Effective and Experienced Horsewoman

Quiet and Tranquil Soul

My name is Erin Lowe. My equine passion began about 30 years ago in 4-H. I learned horsemanship and riding, competing both in the ring and in 4-H horse knowledge contests on a national level. As an adult I’ve worked in a training environment for the last 20 years, backing young horses, doing groundwork, teaching them to do new jobs for their humans, doing all aspects of daily care, and learning as much as I can along the way.

Along this path I came to realize how much I rely on horses. They are my athletic partners, my source of relaxation, and my shoulders to lean on when life gets tough. Our horses give to us immensely and without hesitation.

I’ve always maintained a “real” job in addition to the horses, but began to question its meaning and its cost to my core being. A career change was in the cards and I truly felt that I needed to finally fulfill my soul’s purpose and give back to the animals that provide everything to us horsepeople.

So, Equine Massage. I enrolled in a 200 hour course of study with The Bancroft School Of Massage Therapy to become a Certified Equine Massage Therapist. Massage for horses offers innumerable benefits, but the one I’m most passionate about is comfort and relaxation. I am thrilled to be able to offer to our equine partners and friends the thing they give to us.

If you’d like to offer your equines the gift of peace and tranquility, or relief from uncomfortable muscles, please get in touch.
